The Retouch - Any 30 Minute Color Application

‘The Retouch’ is anything from a few foils, a root touch up or if you have shorter finer hair and application only requires 30 minutes- doesn’t matter if you’re blonde, brown, red or purple.
The Full - Any 45 Minute Color Application

‘The Full’ is foils, balayage or color when the application requires 45 minutes.

Platinum Card - 90 Minute Application
Starting at $210- $306
A technique in which we foil every piece of hair to achieve a platinum or all over lighter color result without any dimension in between. A platinum card is encased in foils to create optimal lift getting very dark hair as light as possible in one appointment. Platinum Balayage is achieved via applying a platinum card and then adding a shadow root so the growout doesn't have 4-5 week maintenance and clients can have a lower mainteance look that requires 3-4 month touchups instead.

Smoothing Keratin Treatment
Starting at $350
We offer a formaldehyde-free, reparative keratin treatment that reduces frizz and curl, activates at a lower heat temperature and is specially formulated for blonde, fine, fragile or over processed hair. Featuring a soft, neutral tint formula, it will not compromise the clarity of blonde, gray and silver tones and contains special conditioning to soften and protect fragile hair.

Advanced formula self-adjusts to differences in hair porosity. Delivers long-lasting, true-to-rod-size curls.

HAND-TIED WEFTS
Hand-tied hair extensions do not involve the use of heat, chemicals, glue, or other adhesives for attachment. The beaded track application allows hand-tied extensions to lie flatter on the head, resulting in a more natural appearance.
Moreover, the hand-tied method eliminates tension and pressure points often associated with alternative extension methods, providing a more comfortable experience and promoting healthier natural hair. When properly installed, the beads do not come into contact with the scalp, minimizing rubbing or irritation and contributing to a healthier scalp overall.

100% Human Hair i-Tip Extensions
We offer I-Tip extensions, which are a favorite in the salon! These extensions will provide you with natural movement and a lightweight feel. No heat or glue is used during application making this technique a must-have!
All hair extensions are performed with the highest grade of products available. The hair is 100% human hair with the cuticle in tacked and flowing in the same direction.

We offer Tape-Ins that are are seamless to the touch, lightweight, and easy to reuse. Ideal for almost all hair types, they can be applied in as little as 30 minutes and you will have up to 2 months of wear per application.

100% Human Hair HALO & Topper Extensions
Halo extensions use an invisible wire to add length and thickness without glue, tape or clips for damage-free, easy on and off application in less than one minute & they are 100% human hair. At Runway Salon we will custom match your color, order your halo, make any adjustments to the color needed once the hair arrives and custom fit the halo to your head for perfect ease and wear.
*First appointment we color match and determine length. Then we order your extensions and payment for the hair is collected.
Then when your hair arrives we have your second appointment to make sure the color is perfect and custom fit the halo to your head

If you are a new guest, chat with us so we can reserve you easily and accurately. This allows you to communicate exactly what you want, with pictures included and for our artists to know ahead of time so you’re booked accurately and receive the results you want!

It shouldn’t matter if your stylist spends 30 minutes doing a women’s cut or 30 minutes doing a men’s cut, it’s the same 30 minutes of skilled hands carving a design. Color is similar, we have a variety of services and even more add-on’s to complete those services. So, to keep things simple and consistent, services are based solely on the timing that’s right for you and your hair goals. This empowers our talented stylists to consult from a place of expertise and customize your appointment to fit YOU!

We love healthy hair! Loreal Professional color is the best available in the industry. Our stylists will recommend products to best suit your hair needs. Our color services are only guaranteed when purchasing the cleanse/condition/treatment regimen recommended by your stylist.

We do not service guests under the age of 10. If a little one under the age of 10 does need to come with you, we ask that another adult who isn’t receiving services is with them throughout your experience.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for a 48 hour notice. If you’re unable to let us know 48 hours in advance, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service reserved. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours or less will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled appointment.
When we schedule your appointment, this time is especially reserved for you. When an appointment is cancelled with little notice, it is difficult to re-book that time slot. This leads to an unfair situation for other clients and the stylist. Our policies allow us to keep our talented team members employed, that is why we have the policy we do.

We happily accept walk-ins when we have availability. Appointments are strongly recommended. Runway Salon takes great pride in providing top-quality services. A walk-in service may take longer than the time in our books allow. We recommend you call us at 208-930-0675 to check same day availability.

In the event of a cancellation, no-show, or reschedule fee, we will use the card on file to cover the associated charges. As your privacy is important to us, credit cards are stored securely through our merchant processing system.

We kindly appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. You can contact us directly at 208-930-0675 and leave a message if we are unavailable.
You can also reply to your confirmation text or email and someone will contact you during regular business hours to reschedule the appointment.

If an appointment is moved more than twice, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged prior to re-booking the appointment.

We have a large 60+ space parking lot, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or tea and relax for a moment before starting your appointment.

If running late for an appointement, please contact us ahead of time. We will do our best to accomodate your appointment, however arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled or cancelled, with applicable same-day cancellation/reschedule fee applied. This is at the discrection of salon management.

As a courtesy to our guests, we offer TEXT confirmations 3 days before any appointment! Please opt-in for appointment notifications when prompted via text. If you do not opt-in you will not receive our automated confirmation texts. A prompt confirmation is greatly appreciated and allows us to run our appointment book efficiently!

Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 3 days of your service. We will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Refunds on products will only be considered within 7 days of purchase. Products must be in original packaging and unopened/ unused. If used and open there may be a restocking fee.
No refunds for gift card orders.
