The Wet Room

Where the Water Does the Work.

A private, heated wet room built around a slow cascade of warm water. Exfoliation, lymphatic bodywork, and cold-therapy sculpting rituals performed under it — not rinsed off after.

The Room

Three Stages, One Cascade.

Most spa treatments end at the shower. Here it’s the middle of the ritual — warm water falling continuously while the work carries on underneath.

The room is yours alone, tiled, heated, and quiet, with robes, slippers, and towel service provided.

Warm the Skin

Your therapist begins with dry brushing and a customized full-body exfoliation, working with the lymphatic system rather than against it, so the skin is primed before any water touches it.

The Cascade

Warm water falls in a slow, continuous cascade across the body while treatment work continues underneath — the part guests describe as the moment they stop thinking entirely.

Seal and Rest

Hydrating oils, heated towels, and a waffle robe to finish. Take your time; the relaxation lounge is there when you’re ready for it.

Not the Same Room

Warm Water, Not Cold Air.

The Hydrotherapy Room is hands-on bodywork under warm cascading water. Our sauna and cold plunge suite is self-guided contrast therapy. Different rooms, different rituals — and a very good afternoon when you book both.

The Body Polish and Hydrolymph rituals are also bookable from massage, and the SculptICE rituals from RINNOVO Skin + Body. Wherever you book them, they happen in this room.

Hydrotherapy FAQ

What is the Hydrotherapy Room?

A private wet room built around warm cascading water. It’s where our Body Polish Ritual, Hydrolymph Therapy, and the SculptICE cold-therapy rituals are performed — a tiled, heated space with its own shower, so the water is part of the treatment rather than something that happens afterward.

What’s the difference between the Body Polish and Hydrolymph Therapy?

The Body Polish Ritual is about the skin: dry brushing, a customized full-body exfoliation, warm cascading water, hydrating oils, and heated towels, over 60 minutes for $195. Hydrolymph Therapy is bodywork: 75 minutes of rhythmic lymphatic drainage under the warm cascade for $245, ideal for inflammation, water retention, travel swelling, and full-body recovery.

What do I wear, and is it private?

The room is private and reserved for one guest at a time. You’ll be draped throughout, exactly as you would be for a massage, and disposable undergarments are available if you prefer them. Robes, slippers, and towel service are provided.

Is this the same as the sauna and cold plunge?

No — they’re two different rooms. The Hydrotherapy Room is a warm wet room with a therapist and hands-on treatment. The RINNOVO Thermal Ritual suite is self-guided contrast therapy: a far-infrared sauna, a Nordic cold plunge, and a private shower. Guests often book them on the same visit.

What are the SculptICE rituals?

Cold-therapy body sculpting rituals — Red Moroccan, Charcoal Detox, Lemongrass, and Wine Antioxidant — using targeted chilled metal techniques, finished in the wet room with a warm rinse, a waffle robe, and optional relaxation lounge access.

How should I prepare?

Come hydrated, and give yourself a little time on either side rather than scheduling straight into something else. Skip shaving or waxing the same day, since exfoliation is part of most rituals. Everything else — robe, slippers, towels — is here.
