FAQs | Salon Policies

At Runway Salon + Head Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a welcoming and professional environment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and team members, please review our salon policies below.

Cancellations &

No-Shows

  • 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your service time to avoid delays for other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show.

Revisions

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not 100% happy with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment.

  • We’ll gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the same service provider, when appropriate.

  • Revisions do not apply if you’ve changed your mind about the style or color you originally requested, or if your hair has been altered outside our salon since the service.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes outside the scope of the original appointment.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the salon. Children 10 years and older are welcome by appointment only.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your service provider.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. We are committed to maintaining a healthy environment for all.

Product Returns

We proudly offer professional-grade products from L’Oréal, Kérastase, and more. If you’re not satisfied:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they caused an allergic reaction or were defective.

  • Hair brushes, tools, and clearance items are final sale.
