Juel grew up in Coeur d’Alene and after moving to Seattle, received her education at the prestegious Gene Juarez Academy & continued at the Gene Juarez Advanced Training Academy where she was mentored by the great French hairstylist Christophe Soltane. This gave her the love of French hair design & luxury French products which is why Runway Salon is a Kerastase & L’Oreal Professionnel Platinum salon.

After 20 years of salon ownership and a freelance hair and makeup career in Seattle, Juel moved to LA to work as a full time freelance artist. She signed with The Taylor Christian Agency and became internationally published. She continues to travel for her freelance work while growing Runway Salon.

Maryann is a highly experienced hairstylist known for creating effortless, lived-in color, radiant dimensional blondes, and seamlessly blended extensions. Her work is rooted in softness, movement, and a refined, natural finish—designed to grow out beautifully and complement each guest’s lifestyle.

With a deep personal connection to Coeur d’Alene, Maryann brings a sense of intention and heart to everything she does. Having spent years here with family, building her career in a place that feels like home is both meaningful and inspiring to her craft.

With over 15 years behind the chair, Maryann specializes in advanced blonding techniques, dimensional balayage, and luxury extension services. She is certified across multiple extension methods and professional color systems, and is deeply committed to ongoing education and evolving her artistry. Her work has been recognized at a high level, including being voted Best of Jackson Hole with her previous team.

Maryann’s approach is centered around healthy hair and scalp, ensuring every service not only looks beautiful—but feels elevated, personalized, and sustainable over time.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find her enjoying the lake, spending time with loved ones, or with her German Shepherd, Bentley—who holds a very special place in her heart.

Elise has been in the hair industry for 10 years, specializing in lived-in blondes, foils, and babylights. She loves creating natural, effortless looks that make her clients feel their best.

These days, shes also a nursing student, blending her love for beauty and helping people in new ways. Always learning, always growing, and always here for good vibes and great hair.

With over a decade in the beauty industry, Brittany brings a thoughtful, experience-driven approach to every guest who sits in her chair. Since beginning her career in 2012, she has trained under established industry professionals and gained experience working on brand campaigns, building a strong foundation in both technical skill and artistry.

Brittany is known for her honest approach and client-first mindset. She takes the time to truly listen, offering educated, realistic guidance to create results that feel both elevated and attainable. Her work is rooted in maintaining the integrity of the hair—focusing on healthy, sustainable results that complement each guest’s features, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

While she continues to stay current through ongoing education and evolving techniques, Brittany’s focus is on delivering personalized, timeless results. Her passion lives behind the chair—creating effortlessly lived-in hair and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and completely seen.

Amanda was born in Northern California and moved to North Idaho in 2013. She graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in Spokane, Wa. in 2024. She is so excited to continue her adventure in the world of hair and continued education, at Runway Salon.

When shes not at work, she loves doing anything with family, especially outdoor activities. Amanda cannot wait to meet you and help you look and feel your best.

Meet Grace, all her friends and family all call her Gracie. She grew up in Rathdrum, Idaho and graduated from Lakeland high school. She is 23 years old and has two beautiful sons who are her whole world!
For as long as she can remember she has had a passion for doing hair and makeup and the beauty industry as a whole! Grace was inspired to make this her career by friends and family who would come to her for their hair and makeup needs for any special occasion growing up. Grace cant wait to meet the amazing clientele at Runway.

Hailey is an ambitious, up-and-coming stylist whose dedication to her craft shows in every service she provides. She was honored as Student of the Month during her cosmetology training and has continued to chase excellence ever since. Most recently, she traveled to New York for advanced education with celebrity stylist Ruth Roche, further sharpening her skills and fueling her passion for elevated, editorial-inspired work. Hailey is already fully extension-certified and specializes in vivid colors, alternative cuts, and modern, expressive hair design. With a natural drive and a go-getter mindset, she brings fresh creativity, technical growth, and unstoppable enthusiasm to every guest who sits in her chair.

Outside the salon, Hailey is a proud middle child, a big sister, and a self-described mama’s girl—her mom is the inspiration behind her work ethic and passion. She’s always loved beauty, and nothing makes her happier than helping people feel confident and completely themselves.

Jaelyn began her journey in the beauty industry after graduating from Paul Mitchell in 2024, and she is now continuing her advanced training at Runway Salon + Head Spa.

Certified in No-Sew Wefts, Jaelyn has a growing passion for seamless extensions, elevated blowout services, and refining techniques that enhance both beauty and confidence. She is especially drawn to creating soft, polished finishes and learning the artistry behind transformational hair.

Raised in the small town of St. Maries, Idaho, Jaelyn brings a warm, grounded energy to every guest experience. She believes that great hair is about more than the final result — it’s about how you feel while you’re here.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her in the kitchen creating new recipes and sharing them with the people she loves. Her nurturing spirit carries into her work behind the chair, where she is dedicated to growing, learning, and delivering thoughtful, intentional service.

Certified since 2013, Kimber London received massage therapy certification in California, studying under Thai massage masters. With a deep passion for holistic wellness, Kimber specializes in lymphatic drainage and myofascial release techniques. Kimber is passionate about massage as a foundation for well-being, and caters to clients that repeatedly schedule sessions to ensure they stay in peak condition. Having worked across California, Washington, and now Idaho, Kimber is proud to bring their expertise to the luxury setting of Runway Salon and is excited to be part of such a talented team.

A licensed esthetician since 2023 and a certified dental assistant with over 8 years of experience, Erica offers a uniquely elevated approach to beauty—blending advanced skin therapies with oral aesthetics for a comprehensive, confidence-focused experience.

She is a 5x certified lymphatic drainage specialist, with extensive training in treatments designed to detoxify, sculpt, and restore the skin and body at a deeper level.

Her approach is rooted in real results—targeting concerns such as acne, pigmentation, fine lines, texture, skin laxity, and overall skin health—while delivering an experience that feels deeply relaxing, intentional, and luxurious.

Ava is Idaho-born and Montana-raised, bringing a creative and detail-driven approach to her work. She returned to the area to attend Paul Mitchell The School, where she completed her nail technician program and developed a strong foundation in both technical skill and artistry.

With a natural eye for design and a love for all things art-related, Ava specializes in custom nail art, acrylics, and refined manicure and pedicure services. She is known for her precision, consistency, and ability to create clean, polished results tailored to each guest.

Ava is passionate about continuing to grow within the industry and elevating the experience behind every service—focusing not only on how nails look, but how the overall service feels from start to finish. Her goal is to create an experience that is thoughtful, relaxing, and leaves every guest feeling confident and cared for.

SALON MANAGER

LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST

Madilyn was born and raised here in Idaho. She attended Paul Mitchell Spokane and is a licensed cosmetologist. She has been our front desk expert for two years and has taken over as the Salon Manager. Madi is excited to take care of the amazing clientele we have at Runway Salon!

In her free time she loves to read and spend time with her family. Madilyn absolutely loves this industry and is available to help you in any way or answer any questions you have about your hair or your appointment!

Vannesa recently moved to the Coeur d’Alene area. She is a tattoo artist of 5 years and loves putting smiles on everyones faces.

Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family and traveling. Vanessa is filled with joy to be part of this team.

With a passion for skincare and a recent graduation from Premiere Aesthetics in 2026, Grace Ann is thoughtfully continuing her education and hands-on training within our salon environment. Her focus is on building confidence, refining her skills, and delivering intentional, results-driven care as she grows into her role as an esthetician.

Known for her calm presence and genuine care, Grace Ann ensures each guest feels comfortable, supported, and truly taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Guest Happiness Team

Originally from Orlando, she spent the past 12 years in Virginia Beach before beginning her next chapter here in Idaho. Currently enrolled in the Paul Mitchell barber-stylist program, she is passionate about working with both men’s and women’s hair while building a strong, well-rounded foundation in the industry.

With a focus on continued growth and education, she plans to expand her expertise into extensions and hair systems as her career evolves—bringing both versatility and intention to her work behind the chair.

Outside of the salon, she’s a busy mom of two who enjoys time on the lake and baking whenever she gets a moment to slow down.

Leslie grew up in CdA and has done nails here for more than 20 years. She specializes in acrylic nails. Leslie loves her long standing clientele and being part of the Runway Salon team.
